Do I have to be in Dublin work with you?
No! We work with clients all over the world and can communicate by email, scheduled calls and Zoom meetings.
How much does a new website cost?
That depends. There’s no simple answer to this question. Our quotes are based on the needs of each individual project. We design and develop custom websites specifically for your business, addressing your needs, so every website we build is unique. Most of our sites cost between € 1,000 and € 5,000, but the quote can be more or less depending on your needs.
How long will it take to build a new website?
This depends on the size and functionality of your site. One factor that can dictate the project timeline is the content – we have experts in place if you need help with this part of the process. In general though, a website will take between 6-8 weeks to get up and running.
Do you work with new and small businesses?
Yes! we work with all types of businesses – new, small, to big corporations. We are excited to work and guide new businesses who are passionate about taking their first steps into an online presence and making their vision come to life.
Will I need a domain name and hosting?
Yes, this is compulsory for any website. We can help you set this up.
What's the difference between website hosting and website maintenance?
They sound similar, but they’re very different.
Website hosting is merely renting space on a web server. It’s where all of the files for your website reside.
Website maintenance involves the ongoing technical things you have to do to keep your website up/running and secure.
Can you help me with my existing website?
Yes. Depending on your requirements we will assess your website and let you know what’s possible. The main platforms we work with are WordPress, Squarespace and Shopify.
How will I view the progress of the website?
Every website we create has its own posting area which is where we will place the website for you to view at any time and monitor progress.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely! Having a mobile-friendly website is more important than ever! We work hard to ensure your website is responsive on modern devices and browsers.
I don't have any images can you source them for the website?
Ideally it’s best to have photos of your company, services or products but if you do not that’s not a problem we can use online image libraries and suggest alternative photos to use.
Who writes the text/content for the website?
We require that you provide all of the text content for your website. You are the expert on your business, so it’s always best if it comes from you. If you need assistance, we have a copywriter on our team who can help clean up or write original content for you at an additional cost.
Does my website need to be secure?
Yes, it is very important to have a secure website for many reasons. First of all, secure web hosting allows your company to manage inventory, track analytics, manage payment systems, and more. A secure website can also improve your rankings on Google. Our designer team can securely host your website.
Will you maintain my site for me?
That is certainly an option. We provide support for many of our clients. By all means, ask for our Support Packages. We’re happy to talk you through the possibilities.
